When you access our website, information about the access (date, time, page viewed, IP address) is stored as log files on our server. We do this for the legitimate interest of monitoring technical operations, optimizing our information offering and detecting attacks on our website. These data are evaluated by us exclusively for our own
statistical purposes, in anonymous form. The log files are deleted after 6 months.

General inquiries
The data of your inquiry (name, contact details, content of the inquiry, history of previous contacts with us), which you send via the contact form or by e-mail, will be processed by us for customer care (pre-contractual measures) and for marketing purposes (legitimate interest in sending direct advertising by post). Your data are deleted by us 6 years after your last request, unless there is a legal obligation to store the data.
Customer portal
The data you enter will be processed for the purpose of customer service in order to provide you with extended access to the information offered on the website. Furthermore, the processing is carried out of a justified interest in the postal dispatch of direct advertising. Your access to the customer portal is automatically deleted two years after your last login to the customer portal.
Integration of Google services
